Sitting down to a 6-course dinner prepared by one of the country’s best chefs in the middle of a forest, may seem like a bizarre thing to do at a music festival. Though at Littlegig, where we’re all about sensory experiences, it makes perfect sense.
Bredasdorp-born Arno Janse Van Rensburg – who earned The Kitchen at Maison (Franschoek) a coveted Eat Out Top 10 restaurant slot last year, and who will be opening his own restaurant concept, Janse & Co, in December – will prepare a 6-course Chef’s Table dinner for 50 people at Littlegig.

What to expect from Arno at the Chef’s Table…
“Toe to tail for sure. Seasonality will guide the menu. We will cook ingredients from the Western Capes Mountains, forests and oceans, wild and farmed.”
