Even if you’re not a festival feaster, don’t be a faster! Go on, admit it. There are at least 5 things here that you want. Right now.

11:00  A glass of bubbly while you get your make-up done at the Krone Salon.

12:00  10-veg Vietnamese crystal rolls with nuoc cham sauce, because we all start out with the best intentions!

13:00  Smoked venison loin by Ash Heeger (Ash), yellowtail tartare by Jenny Ward (Chefs) and papdi chaat aloo by Vanie Padayachee (Marigold), each paired with a Hogan, Newton Johnson or Waterkloof wine. 

14:00  A deliciously un-sticky lamb riblet or a wild mushroom kebab, from the braai to your mouth. 

16:00  A Cuba Libre at the Rum Bar on the Island. Best enjoyed waist-deep in water.

19:00   Butter chicken curry, sambals and jasmine rice in a tiffin tin, washed down with a tall and handsome glass of Striped Horse craft beer.

21:00  A smooth Glenlivet 12 YO at the Gin and Single Malt Bar.

22:00   A visit to the pannekoek bar. Lemon and lavender curd or black sesame praline topping?

01:00  Hot chips with miso aioli at the Secret After Party. Because carbs are not evil if consumed on a dancefloor. 

08:00  Vida cappuccino (or double espresso) and pain au chocolate for your Sunday pain.
